How to Play 100 Days At Sea

Core Gameplay Loop

Spawn on Starter Island. Gather Wood, Stone, and Coconuts. Craft raft structures at your bench. Sail to adjacent islands for tiered resources. Defeat island bosses to unlock progression. Expand gear through crafting recipes. Survive environmental hazards — heat on Desert Island, fire on Volcano Island, cold on Ice Island. Reach Kraken Zone and Bermuda Island for Day 100 finale against Bermuda Entity.

Death penalties vary by server — some progress persists, some inventory drops. Treat each day as resource budgeting: food for hunger, Medkits for combat, raft repair for ocean travel.

Co-op optional but recommended for Kraken Zone and Bermuda Island. Solo viable with Medic or Survivor per tier list.

Movement and Controls

PC: WASD movement, mouse look, E/F interact, inventory hotkeys. Raft boarding at dock prompts. Full binding reference on controls.

Mobile: touch movement, tap interact, on-screen inventory. Code redemption via Roblox menu — disable autocorrect for STRANDEDDEVS paste.

Console: controller navigation to Roblox overlay for Codes menu. Virtual keyboard error-prone — use companion keyboard apps when possible.

Hunger, Health, and Environment

Hunger drains over time and during activity. Fishing Rod food from raft, Bonfire cooked meals, and island gathering restore hunger. Survivor (-10% hunger) and Frog companion (5% less hungry) reduce drain.

Health lost from combat, bosses, and environmental ticks. Medkits heal 50% HP. Medic (+15% health regen) sustains between fights. Ice Island cold and Volcano fire require food buffs beyond raw healing.

Night visibility: Night class (+20% night vision) and Lantern starter reduce torch dependency on Bermuda Island.

Classes, Companions, and Currencies

23 classes from free Sailor through 80 Pearl Fire Mage and Ancient Squid. One class active per run — unlocks cost Pearls. Full roster on all classes.

One companion equipped from chest rolls — STRANDEDDEVS free chest, Fisherman's, Warrior, Pirate, Magma tiers on companions. Zookeeper amplifies companion perks +25%.

Currency: Coins from sales and survival, Pearls premium from codes and rare nodes, companion chests from events. Spend wisely per codes and companions.

Islands and Bosses

Eight islands: Starter Island, Jungle Island, Desert Island, Shipwreck Island, Volcano Island, Ice Island, Kraken Zone, Bermuda Island. Difficulty scales Safe through Very Hard.

Six bosses: Sand Worm (Desert), Ghost Captain (Shipwreck), Lava Guardian (Volcano), Frost Giant (Ice), Kraken (Kraken Zone), Bermuda Entity (Bermuda). Jungle and Starter have no bosses.
